Metro Tech One values transparency and customer satisfaction. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which refunds and cancellations are applicable for our services.
1. Cancellation Policy
- Service Appointments:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full cancellation with no fees.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling adjustments.
- Preventative Maintenance Plans:
- Customers may cancel their maintenance plans with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already paid for services rendered are non-refundable.
2. Refund Policy
- Completed Services:
- Refunds are not available for services already performed unless there is verifiable proof of unsatisfactory workmanship. In such cases, Metro Tech One will address the issue or offer compensation.
- Prepaid Services:
- Prepaid amounts for services not yet rendered can be refunded upon request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.
3. Emergency Services
Due to the urgency of emergency calls, cancellations or refunds for emergency services are not permitted once the technician is dispatched.
4. Special Equipment or Parts Orders
For services requiring special equipment or custom parts:
- Orders that have already been processed or shipped are non-refundable.
- In the event of order cancellation before shipment, a restocking fee may apply.
